How to leverage Dynamic attributes in Enterprise Role?

Hello,

Can someone help me understand purpose of Dynamic Attribute present in Enterprise Role? Where this attribute appear while requesting Enterprise Role ? How this attribute value be passed for provisioning JSON's?  Since Enterprise Role comprises of multiple systems/endpoints will this dynamic attribute be available for all the systems? How Global Config -> Roles -> Dynamic Attribute plays role in access request?
