how to know the current version of ECM from UI

Is there any way to know the version from UI?

Hi @NID27 ,

You have 3 options to see EIC version through UI : 

1. Go on your profile on the top right hand corner of the app and you may see an "About" option to display the version.
2. Look at your bottom left of the application and it should display the version : (e.g. "Saviynt v23.8, © Copyright 2023, Saviynt All Rights Reserved. Use is subject to license terms")
3. Same as 2 but on the Login menu of Saviynt if you log in using local authentication.

On EIC based version use below url

non EIC version:

1. You can check at the bottom of the page

2. Check in the configuration table with name Application_version.

For EIC use below URL :

https://<instance-name>.saviyntcloud.com/ECMv6/versionpage

For Non EIC, I believe you can look at login page or at the bottom.

But to get the actual BP version, you need to reach out to Saviynt Ops team to provide those details.

I want to know the exact version. We are on 5.5 sp 3.14. Where can I get this whole version displayed?

As already mentioned above check in configuration table.

Run this query in data Analyzer-

select * from configuration where name = 'application_version'

The query doesn't work from the data analyzer. it is hidden I guess.

Does any of the configuration file contains the version value?
