How to assign read only access on Entitlements to user

Hi Team, 

I want to create a Read-only, Entitlement-only SAV role for a few users, restricting their access to anything else on the Admin tab.

I've tried creating it, but it's not working. I also attempted reverse engineering with no success. Can you please help?

Yes, we just want to show the Entitlement page with read-only access.

Modern UI  will have issue as landing page is job control panel

Add fearure

• Admin:Entitlements_Administration

• add make role as read only

• Please share sav role configuration.
• instead of entitlement tab - go through analytics report
