Hide Mitigate SOD Button in Request approval page

Hello,

We are working on 23.11 version and we see Mitigate SOD Button in request approval Page.

We have separate SAV Role for Manager and SOD Approver.

Is there a way we can hide for manager sav role folks and keep it for sod approver?

This is unnecessarily adding confusion as we have not given the  capability to manager to apply SOD.

Can you also let us know if we still go ahead using modern ui instead of Neo this is still replicable?

Also what difference we see when we enable neo?
