Campaign || Design Query

Hello Team,

We are working on user manager campaign and looking for assistance on design perspective for very corner case.

In some campaign scenario the , campaign would be launched for senior management also.

Their might be a situation where these senior management may not take action on these campaign or log in into EIC.

What could be the best design to handle such case? Is there a way to identify such users and launch for say their assistant or someone else? How this can be handled via such design?

This is specific to campaign scenario only.

Let me know the best possible solution for the same?

• Usually setting personal assistant using delegate resolves such issue.

Launch one certification for regular certifier (exclude senior management users in this by using (Select Certifier using manual query)

Launch another certification for senior management.

1. Identify all users reporting to senior management
2. For all such users update secondary manager of the user (this secondary manager will be delegate of the primary senior management who will perform the certification task)
3. Launch campaign , in field to identify the manager , choose Secondary manager instead of primary manager.

This way the certification will be launched for secondary manager and they will certify all the access for the user.
