Hello,

We have a use case where in we have to update primary, secondary and service accounts. Primary accounts are assigned at birthright via technical rules. We need to able to request secondary accounts for the same security system and endpoint. How do we make the secondary accounts requestable via ARS?

Additionally, can anyone advice on how secondary accounts can be handled in Saviynt?

Thanks in advance,
Uzair

@Uzair
Please disable this  at the endpoint so you can request a new account.

To manage primary and secondary account. It is better you create separate Endpoints and manage them separately.

Hi @Uzair , you can check the source of the request if via rule then primary .. add the logic in json other wise it will be secondary.

User can request another account if "disable new account request if account already exists" is off.

In create account json , if primary and secondary attributes are different then you can add conditions based on source or something else via dynamic attribute value

But having separate endpoints makes it easy to manage
