Grant access not working for EIC snowflake integration

I created "New Account", "Add Access" task from the ARS to the Snowflake Endpoint.
When I run the provisioning Job, the entitlements were provisioned in the Endpoint in Saviynt.
Able to create the account in Snowflake also, but entitlements were not provisioned in Snowflake EVEN AFTER THE LATENCY TIME.
