Getting Data too long error while trying to import from AD

Hi,

While trying to import accounts from AD via ADSI connection, we are trying to map a particular attribute to one of the customproperty in Saviynt but it is failing with the below error:

Data too long for column 'CUSTOMPROPERTY15' at row 1.

Could you please confirm if we need to raise a support request with Saviynt for increasing the length or any other way to resolve this.

Hi @sdey_2023 

Would suggest you to the map the field which has custom property data type as long text. 

By default there are some custom property which are marked as long text so that you dont run into these issues. You can check the data type in data analyzer

In accounts table there are multiple fields available with medium text and long text.

Please use any of those. Below for your reference.
