Generate tasks on the hire date

We have a requirement that when the new user is created that tasks (new account and add access) tasks to be genrated only on the hire date.

so, even when the request is submitted and approvals are done for the application, tasks should be generated only on the hiredate of the user. Any suggestions how this can be done?

Will this control "create account" task as well?

Also, is there any other way of doing it? We have a setup where tasks would be generated on the hiredate even if the approvals are done. It was working fine before and now, create account tasks are getting generated as soon as the approval is done but the add access is generated on the hire date. I just can't find the configurations where it is done. There is nothing inside the entitlement type.

Yes. create Account task will be controlled.

or you can attach entitlementsOnly to create Task Action under Security System
