File transfer job (SFTP) error : 504 Gateway Time-out

I have issue with this job which retrieve files from the SFTP side. When I start this job it mostly gives me this error 504 Gateway Time-out but downloaded all the files in the file directory. Sometimes it can happen that it doesn't download all the files (but maybe 90%). Sometimes it happens that it ends successfully, but that's once out of 20 times. 

Is it possible to set this timeout parameter in the sftp connector ?

Timeout config is not supported unlike other connector configJSON please submit idea ticket for guardrails

I use one connector for csv files and have from 250 to 300 files. Max files size is : 9.76 MB (but most files are around 1-10KB)

I also use another connector for SAV files (250 to 300) where max size s 1KB


Get an error on both jobs.
