Fetching user termination date in analytics

Hi Team,

We are getting incorrect data for user termination date (u.termdate) for few users in the termination analytics.

For eg: User "A" is terminated through campaign on 4th march, his status changes from 1 to 0. User is rehired on the same day. The user is again terminated on March 7th. When we get the u.termdate for the user "A" it gives March 4th instead of March 7th. Please let me know what can be done to get March 7th as termination date for the user.

Was the campaign completed ?once the campaign is completed then only the data of usertable will be updated.
The 7th March termination happened via campaign or via some other source?

Hi,

The campaign completed on March 6th. On March 7th, we got all users marked as "terminated" in the campaign disabled from SNOW (source of truth). The user was disabled on march 7th, but the u.termdate is still 4th.

Hi,

The user termination date is not updated. The user was terminated in campaign but was immediately rehired in the next few hours and then again terminated from source on March 7th. Only for one user the u.termdate did not get updated, for all other users the termination date got updated from March 4th to march 7th. What could be the issue? Is there nayw ay we can get the u.term date updated?

Hi,

The user was terminated from other source on march 7th. The campaign completed on March 7th early morning. Even if the user is terminated from the campaign, he will rehired in the next import from source since the user is still active in source. Once the campaign completes, we will disable all the users terminated in campaign in source.
