Hi,

Do we have any global configurations to enable the SOD function import?

We can see an option to upload in dev environment v24.5 but it's not present in the prod environment v23.10.

If its related to ruleset upload then there is no configuration . Does user have role admin sav role. 
it seems in 23.10 some features are missing. Contact support team to add missing features
