Unable to upload a csv file using file directory option through Custom Sav role

Hi,

We have a use case where I have created a couple of custom SAV Roles. One for Read Only and one for write access. I have assigned both the Custom SAV roles to the user and tried to upload csv file using file directory but unable to see the upload option. Can someone please help me here.

In Sav Role 1 - Write, I have assigned the below feature access includes file management and the other the  feature access.

In Sav Role 2 - Read Only, below feature access have been added which doesn't include file management.

• what sav role user is having for which screenshot is shared ?

If you assign Read and Write for the same user, it will not work.
Try removing the read-only Sav role and test it.
