Failed request displays as complete in request History - request preview

Hello,

As per this Version - Saviynt v24.5, We are seeing request status as Complete even for failed request in View request History tile. We could see only the failed status(error details) once we get into to the request and click on the approved entitlement to check the right status of the request.

As an end user, they are not aware of this process to check the request details in detailed manner. Also, we have Failed status in status dropdown in request history filter tile, but anyone please check and assist why the request status is not getting updated with right status.

• This is two different object.
  • Request History will show - Request is completed or not irrespective of task status
  • for Task Status - You need to check under Request History /Pending tasks/Completed Tasks.
• This is expected behavior

Thank you for your response. 

But in previous versions we used to see request status as rejected in Request history itself. attached here one sample screenshot from old versions.

Same request in current version it was showing as Complete in request history and when we gone through the request then only we get to know that the request - task is errored out.

Hello @rushikeshvartak ,

As per the Matrix comparison, it should show as rejected right in recent version, (the right-side status as rejected in Version 23.x)

And this Matrix don't have details of current version which we follow V24.5.

@Vinitha  Your request completed partially(New account completed, add access task not complated ) ,so it saying completed in history page , it is expected behavior.

you need to check why task not error out.

Could you check this attachment all new account and add access task got errored out. there is no partial completion of this request but still it shows as complete in request history.
