Error 10054 when connecting to SQL server

Hi All,

we are trying to connect to an MS SQL server from EIC but we are getting  connection timed out and when tried from pc we are seeing 10054 error our windows/sql team was not able to figure out the issue . Did some one see this error before if seen how was this resolved.

Not exactly a Saviynt issue/question however my 2 cents  - the error message says its handshake error that means either the TLS version is not matching between client and server Or the TLS cipher suites are not matching and thus its failing to make a secure connection.
