Entitlements With New Account || Disconnected plus AD Access

Hi Team,

REQUIREMENT: When the user request's for one of the disconnected applications, the user should also get provisioned with one specific AD group. We have added the AD group in "Entitlement with New Account" tab under disconnected app endpoint.

ISSUE: When we are raising request for disconnected endpoint, New account task is getting generated. But add access task for that AD group that is present under tab "Entitlement with New Account" is not getting created. (Saviynt V24.4)

We have got reference from below forum link that this feature is working.

@gur_Kaur yes the functionality works have used in 24.2 and 24.5

But never tried for disconnected application.

Could be a bug.

You can add entitlement under endpoint - entitlement with new account option it will create task. If its not created means user may already have entitlement access .use fresh user
