Entitlements With New Account - Disable

Hi.

We have a case here that we want to use the Entitlement With New Account. So in endpoint of securitySystem X, we've add an entitlement from another endpoint Y. On security system request, after all approval, in pending task it create CreateAccount for both endpoint and task to add the entitlement on the endpointY. 

When we create a request to disable the account of the SecuritySystemX, nothing trigger a task to remove the entitlement from the endpointY. Is there a way to do it?

You can use actionable report to remove access

First time I hear of that functionnality. so on the side we will need to go in that "actionable report" to set access removal?

where is that functionnality?
