Entitlement Owner Certification

Hello,

In Entitlement Owner Certificate we need to launch certificate where accounts that got access via birthright should get auto certified & accounts that got access via ARS, for this accounts entitlement owner certificate should launch.

How to achieve this?

After Creating certificate using above query, The account that got access via birthright is also showing as well as accounts that are requsted vi ARS, I want to certify accounts that have got access via ARS only.

How to fulfill this condition.
