Hi everyone,
When you import the entitlement with owners, it'll replace or delete anything that isn't included in the import proces.
If you're adding owners manually using a CSV file, it's best to give them a RANK 2 or any other rank apart from RANK 1 . Don't assign RANK 1 to manually added owners because the import system will only recognize RANK1 owners and update or remove them accordingly.
