Email Not Triggering

The email trigger isn't working. I've tried many times. I also ran the EmailHistoryJob, but the issue persists.
Please look into the attachment below.

Is SMTP configured and working?

Where are you attaching email?

  • Please raise support ticket this is known issue and they need to cleanup email history tables
