Email is not coming

Hello,

we try to send an email to the manager, but it is not possible:

Name : Organisation Change to Manager
To : ${manager.email}

 

why it is not coming?

yes, but even if we use another email in CC, we receive the same answer...

I guess it has smth to do with token:

@userNM then seems to be related to SMTP.. all other request related mails going out?

Check in email table if email present or not.
