Hi Team,

We were referring below link for Erasing Users' PII -

Erasing Users' PII From Target Applications (saviyntcloud.com)

User identity is removed but account information is not removed and even tasks has all user information.

Anyone have seen this issue and any solution to this?

Thanks,

Nupur

@Nmaheshwari , pls let us know the PIIERASURESTATUS for user and do you see any update account tasks in the pending/completed tasks for the user.

As discussed on the call today, only the data at the user level would be erased. The requirement you have is to erase account data in saviynt but not in the target. That would not work because the next time the import is run, the data will be populated again. Saviynt only erases user attributes. If you want account data to be erased, you need to run the control to create update account tasks so that the data is erased in the target as well.

Hi Sai,

I just re-checked the use case. We are deleting the account in target after 30 days of termination, so ideally account does not exist in target when we are trying to erase the data from Saviynt say after an year.

Saviynt will have all account details with status as suspended from import. So, we need to remove the account information from Saviynt as well.

Please suggest if this can be done.

Thanks,
