dynamic attribute showing no access for user

Hi team,

Can anyone help, the user is having access to this application but in dynamic attribute it's showing like this. please tell me what dynamic attribute is and why it's showing like this.

Navigation-

Saviynt -> View Existing Access -> Application -> Account Name : W57770 (Uniformance PHD User), Status : Active
says "no access for W57770".

Are there any dynamic attributes created for the endpoint for which you are getting the error? You can check it Endpoint --> Dynamic Attributes tile. If there are any, share the screenshot of it.

What Sav Role assigned to logged in user with whom you are facing this issue? Make sure user have SAV Role with permissions to view existing access.

If you are using custom SAV role add below permissions in it. If still not working try with ROLE_ADMIN once.

• Also, is this an issue with all apps or specific ones?

• Yes, the account has entitlements
• some apps but this error was showing earlier for the user but now it disappears.

Hi @anirban23 , dynamic attribute are created for a specific endpoint and not for entitlement.
