We have a issue, user is having inactive(Manually Suspended) account with email id in ServiceNow Based application. When user raise a add access request for inactive(Manually Suspended) account it create new account request with another id.
We configure Account name rule with email id and we enabled "Disable New Account Request if Account Already Exists" in endpoint.
Is there any way to prevent creating new account request if user already have inactive account?

@SreekanthY : Make sure that in Account Name rule of respective endpoint you have selected Check Unique Account has Inactive status selected along with Active or any other status you might have chosen. If you see ALL by default I would suggest to remove it and select required status which you want to check for uniqueness and make sure Inactive status is one of it.

Is it disconnected application?
Could you kindly provide a detailed snapshot of the information extracted from the logs, encompassing errors and other pertinent functionality details encountered during the execution of this process? Your assistance in furnishing this information would greatly aid in the analysis and resolution of any issues .
