Are we using the DIIOP instead Domino access service for Domino Account creation via birthright?

Hi Sahil,
we are using the Domino OOB Connector for creating the Domino Account but we are missing few attributes (emailid, msdomin etc) while creating the Domino account. As per Domino vendor, if we are using DIIOP Protocol in place of Domino access service in OOB connector then Domino Accounts will created with all required attributes.  I want to know which Protocol is using Domino OOB connector.

Currently, Domino OOB Connector uses Domina Data Access Service(Protocol),
I can see that enhancement is already in place for the above request.
