Hi Team,

When a certifier takes an approve/reject decision for the disconnected application in Access review/Certification then will a manual fulfillment task be created within Saviynt OR straightaway Service Desk connection object will be called

Hi @ARNAB86 , please refer to the below forums and documentation links. In case of disconnected applications, the relevant task should get generated in the Saviynt. Once the task get executed, it will trigger the service now ticket in case a service now connection is in place.
