Hi,

There is a requirement where the app team wants to disable the accounts instead of revoking the access through campaign. They want us to use UM campaign. Can anyone help whether this is feasible or not?

@nitishdas Disable account is not supported using certification. Please submit Idea for same.

Workaround - create actionable analytics based on actions taken on certification

I can think of below workaround. Please check from your side.

Enable below config

Now system will create revoke account task but in your connection JSON  you can have if-else condition that if the source of the task is "CERTIFICATION" then disable the account and for all other source , remove the account.
