Deleting Salesforce Account via Import

We accidently imported all Salesforce accounts into Saviynt. We modified the connection to import the accounts we need, however, what would happen to the rest of the accounts when the full import job is run again? Are they deleted from accounts and does Saviynt take action in Salesforce? I want to make sure that if it deletes, it only deletes from Saviynt and does not perform action on the Salesforce side.

if account are not coming though next import job it will make account status as SUSPENDED FROM IMPORT SERVICE. It will not delete account from Target.

Import & provisioning are two different use cases. In your case if you modified JSON then extra account which are not coming using latest recon will be marked as SUSPENDED FROM IMPORT SERVICE.

Thank you for that information! If we were also want to remove those accounts from the accounts table, is that possible?

No Deleting users from database is not standard practice & audit concern.

In general you can always delete records but it may impact your instance if you dont know dependent configuration/table
