Duplicate entry -Logical AD active account reference account to Deleted parent AD account

We have duplicate entry issues for one logical AD Endpoint from 30 logical endpoints. When import job running every endpoint mapping reference to active parent AD account but for one logical AD endpoint it is referencing to deleted AD account. Please find the below screenshot for reference.

We have verified the endpoint configuration everything same for all logical endpoints but still it is only failing for particular endpoint only.

Could someone provide right approach to look on the same

Update account reference key for that account

It is manually efforts everytime, but we would need to understand only for this logical endpoint why the issue happening.

This looks like data issue

We have more than 30 Logical endpoint but only one endpoint causing duplicate entry.

This can be data issue with endpoint you can cleanup all accounts and use same endpoint
