Hello,

Related to this topic : https://forums.saviynt.com/t5/identity-governance/customize-error-page-on-iga/m-p/52436

We would like to personalize the error page after timeout on the application

Have there been any improvements since then? Can this page be better personalized? Or display a popup instead?

Thank you

Does this page only appear when a user is logged out, or do other errors cause this page to appear?

We've replaced the sentence in red with “Time Out connection reached. Please login again.” But we don't know if this is relevant if other errors lead to this page.

Thanks

Reported page can occurs in different location. I have seen in below cases.

  • When workflow having issue and user tries to place request,.
  • when user tries to click back button from browser during request process.
  • User request workflow issue.
  • role management workflow issue.

thanks for the information, we'll put in a more general sentence.
Is it possible to inject code into the HTML tag of the red message to add a redirection link for example?

Thanks

No
