How to create a task when the user gets disabled or enabled.

What will be the task type for both the cases if the task is created.

My requirement is either the task type should be enable user or disable user, otherwise the task should be created with comments that user was enabled or disabled.

@Subash,

I would suggest you to follow the Saviynt documentations for such questions. Here's the documentations on User Update Rules, hope it helps.

Thanks for the Information!

For disabling user the disable account task was created. But while enabling the user no task was created.

So how can we create a task when he is activated again.

@Subash,

Firstly, the user has to be in a disabled state and the accounts in Inactive/Manually Suspended state. Then when the user gets updated, you could have a simple rule as shared below.

avinashchhetri_0-1663686876931.pngIf This is not working, Please check the rule once, validate the user/accounts and the source for the user update matches the rule or not.

You could also check the application logs to figure out any issues, if any.
