Copy attribute in User create form

Hi All,

We have a requirement to create user onboard form. Below are there requirement:

1. When usertype is selected as Employee then hide External Email column and generate username using username rule.

2. When usertype is selected as Contractor. Show External Email column and copy external email to username instead of generating one.

How can this be achieved.

Yes, i tried with show and hide feature.

But the issue is username column value only gets updated with email address value when employeeType is updated.

How do i update the username column as soon as email id is updated.

I have marked it as below:

1. Employee type is parent attribute. In employee type action string i have put show and hide condition for username and external email. When parent update is marked as Mapping in Employeetype.

2. In externalEmail: i have marked employeeType as parent attribute which shows and hides properly.

3. How do i configure username to get updated when email is updated. what do i configure in employeetype and externalemail for this.
