Converting Scandinavian characters to normal/standard English characters while provisioning

How should we convert Scandinavian characters to normal/standard English characters while provisioning to target system? Characters like Ää and Öö would need to be converted to Aa and Oo.

These characters should be in Saviynt but when creating users to target systems they should be converted.

You need to use Import Preprocessor for same

1. Create External Jar
2. Add External Jar from Admin - File Directory
3. Restart Server
4. Update Connection
5. Run Job from Job Control Panel
