CINFO value interprtation for Tcodes in SAP import

Hello,

We have observed on issue where the SAP import is not syncing the transaction code status properly to Saviynt. If a T code is active on SAP side, it is showing as 'None' or 'inactive' in Saviynt.

We belive that it might be due to the CINFO value set on theses T codes within SAP which Saviynt is interpreting in a different way.

Could you let us know if this might be the cause of the issue or if there is some other problem. If it is related to CINFO, then which CINFO values are considered 'inactive' during the import of TSTC(Tcodes) using the SAP connector type.

Thanks,

Ayush

Hi @ayushsharma

What are the CINFO values being set on these tcodes in SAP?

Hi Sai,

As checked,  CINFO values are 0,2,4,8,9 & A for the Tcodes on SAP side . As noticed, all affected t-codes have value 2 ( which are not getting reconciled). There was one Tcode with CINFO value as 8 which was not reconciled properly but others with 8 were showing correct status.

On further analysis When checked with t-codes with  | symbol in their name, we found ABC| that too its status is none.

Thanks,

Ayush

We are checking internally on how this can be handled. As of today, this is not configurable in the SAP connector.

Hi Rushikesh,

Currently we are on version v20202.1, which might be the reason SAP connectors might not be supported. In that case, do we need to raise a support ticket, or is this issue going to be fixed in the EIC version. ?

Regards,

Sakshi

If this issue is fixed in latest version then upgrade should fix your issue. Since its issue if this is issue in current version 23x then you need to raise defect after upgrade.

for now you can raise support ticket, support team may be able to validate in latest EIC VERSION and log Jira if needed
