Checkbox usage in Onboarding form

Usecase 

I want to create 3 checkbox's on boarding form and i need a logic where only one checkbox can be selected by user out of 3 

currently the user can select all 3 options at a time. How can i achieve this requirement

can we put in a validation condition or Failure message when multiple checkboxes are selected? 

Also, is the SHOW and HIDE action string supported based on the option selected? when attribute type is check box
