Change Account User via CSV Upload

I am trying to change the user association or assign a user for a large number of accounts associated with an endpoint via CSV. 

What is the proper attribute in the Upload Preview to select and which user attribute does it look for? 

I have uploaded the accounts to be updated via CSV and specified the username and the systemusername but the accounts Username has not been updated.

This partially resolved the issue. Also the username has to be the first column in the CSV.

Please validate

  • Security system was selected during import
  • Overwrite User correlation was enabled
  • Account was active
  • User is active.

Please share logs if above does not resolve issue
