Certifier not able to take action on few accounts

Hi,

I have launched a Serviceaccount owner campaign. Each accunt has a secondary and a primary owner. there are 6  service accounts on one of the users'name (sec certifier) and he can take action only on one, rest all are greyed out. Can someone please advise what could be the reason that few accounts are greyed out.

Does certifier is owner of Service Accounts ?

I got the solution for this. So service account owner campaign doesn't alow self certification. So if any of the owner (Primary or Secondary) is directly tagged to the account, he won't be able to certify and it will be greyed out for him.
