Hi,    It seems in version 24.2, for recertification campaigns comments on bulk actions and locking the campaign are now mandatory.

In 24.1 and before we could specify if wanted to enabled comments on locking and for bulk action.  Can you please advise how to remove the mandatory comments for locking and bulk action on all campaigns.

Its product feature and cannot be controlled via configuration. Please find below link for reference.

This is expected behavior

Starting with Release v24.2, this configuration is unavailable, and commenting on bulk actions such as Approve, Reject, or Consult is now mandatory.
