Calling Service desk connection

We have a ldap connection to provision accounts in Linux ldap, as part of provisioning we have to also create a ticket in service now with some account details.

We added the connection of servicenow in servicedesk connection in the same linux security system and triggerring that service now API call. When we submit the account request, account is getting created in linux and a call is getting triggered to create the ticket in service now.

Question here is how do we get the status of that ticket as there is only one New Account task is getting generated and it is getting completed when the account provisioning is completed.

In this case you will not get status in saviynt. You need to create dummy entitlement to track status in saviynt
