Available entitlements in ARS

Hi all,

I have a test security system/endpoint/connection set up and added an entitlement type (set request option to TABLE). Endpoint is marked as requestable, security system is checked for 'Automated Provisioning'. But on the ARS request page, while making a request for a user that doesn't have this account, it doesn't show me any of the entitlements that I had loaded. The entitlement status is Active. What else could I be missing?

1) is there any query added under requestable entitlement in ARS

2) are the entitlements active?

• If for respective user if any pending tasks in progress - available entitlements will show as blank.
• Check if you have configured any filter under entitlement Type.
• Validate logs for error
