Hi,

We have a use case where we want to auto-escalate a user manager certification to manager's manager N days before the certification expires. Is this scenario achievable?

No this doesn't seem to be feasible.

This is not supported currently and you can raise idea ticket. 

As a workaround you can use tiered campaigns https://docs.saviyntcloud.com/bundle/EIC-Admin-v24x/page/Content/Chapter15-Campaigns-and-Certificati...
