Automatic Access removal

Hi,

I require role to be removed from the users automatically on transfer.  

If they transfer twice within 30 days, we no longer have the effective date of the first transfer so if there is a rule to remove old roles after 30 days its going to wait 30 days from the second transfer instead of the first transfer.

Does anyone have any recommendations for this request?

Even with actionable report, how can we handle multiple transfers with transition period? I am going to lose track of all the first transfer information. Any recommendations to maintain that history?

Is it possible to use "Remove Birthright Access if condition fails" to remove old roles when jobcode is updated?

If not do you have a sample actionable query for removing the old roles?

Hi @deepa , if user moves task will be created instantly via user update rule... it is just it will be in pending state .
