Auto population of groups under 'selected groups' without requestor selecting the group.

Hi Team,

For one of the applications, the requirement is that after making the required dynamic attributes selection for the groups to appear in the available groups table, the groups/entitlements should be automatically populated under the selected groups selection, without the requestor explicitly selecting a group using the '+' button.

Please let me know if this is at all possible or if someone has achieved something similar.

Hi @Akankshahanda ,

As I understood, you have dynamic attribute (DA) where a value is selected which auto populates the group/entitlement to appear in Available Entitlements table. (This is working)

But you want it automatically popped up in Selected Entitlements table in ARS.

- This is not possible. Selected Entitlements Table shows

• confirmed selected entitlement while creating new account request
• and existing entitlements plus confirmed new entitlements during update account request

User should always select '+' button to add the entitlements. You can make this mandatory.

This is not supported. You can request feature as to add all entitlements based on filter on ideas portal
