Hello Team,
We need assistance and confirmation for following use case if this is even possible.
We have an endpoint a with 2 entitlements only. Out of this only 1 is requestable and other gets provisioned as part of entitlement map feature.
Assistance Required:
We have basically 2 type of employee Type who is going to request for this endpoint and the entitlement.
We want to have a feature where if the requested endpoint is for emp type A then while selecting the entitlements EIC should show start date and end date. The maximum allowed end date should be 60 days from start date.
Whereas when the request is raised for emp Type B then selecting the same entitlement should not prompt for start date and above validation for end date.
Can someone confirm if this can be achieved?
If yes how?

For 1st requirement, check below 2 config at ent type level:
For other user type, maybe you can try exploring the dynamic attribute option.
Thanks,

Since its same entitlement you can’t restrict for particular employee type

What about using application role or enterprise role?

Hi @Manu269 ,
What I will suggest make a application role and add the entitlement.
Create a DA and auto populate the value of user type
If user type is A show only entitlement if B show only application role.
On point 2 of 60 days restrictions.. i believe that is not currently possible but you can add a note in request form and also handle it in the workflow to auto reject the request.
