ARS- Request Partially approved

Hi All,

We have a request which shows partially approved, in Request History screen.

However, in the next screen one of the entitlements is shown as partially rejected and request shows escalated. See screenshots for reference

and the approvers cant approve/reject.

what's the best way to deal with this request?

    If request is escalated to next. Escalation approver should approve the request if its not expired.
  • otherwise submit new request.

  • if you want to avoid confusing status you can use neo request module

Thanks for replying. Approvers said they can't approve.

 

  • Does request is open ?
  • Does request is visible in pending approval for users having role admin sav role

No, I dont see request in pending approvals and I am sav admin

Re-submit request
