ARS Form - Entitlement Type Show Based on User Type

Hi All, 

We are doing a feasibility check where we need to present a single entitlement Type request for certain user types. 

Tile: Request Access for Others

Ex: If two or more entitlement type  is enabled for users to request access to certain groups from each entitlement type for certain User Types. 

Endpoint: Endpoint1 

Under endpoint1 the Entitlement Types: EntitlementType1 and EntitlementType2 is enabled in Table form. 

User Types: User Type1, User Type2, User Type3.

User Type1 should be able to view on EntitlementType2

UserType2 and User Type3 should be able to view on EntitlementType1

Currently the UI form looks like showing as below:

Expected UI: 

If its User Type1 requesting for access then they should be able to see only the EntitlementType2 in the list and not the EntitlementType1 in this above Page. (As they can only request EntitlementType2). Should not be able to see the first section of EntitlementType1 on the page. 

If its User Type2 and User Type3 requesting for access they should be able to see only EntitlementType1 in the list and not the EntitlementType2 in this above Page. (As they can only request EntitlementType2). Should not be able to see the second section of EntitlementType2 on the page.

I would like to achieve the above scenario. Request to provide inputs on how this can be acheieved in the "Request Access for others" Tile.

Hi @vmudagal1 , just clarify to you want to rely on requested for user type or requested by user type to show entitlement types?

Visibility of entitlement type table view can not be control based on user details. (No configuration available)

• Yes, you will be seeing all entitlement types in ARS and entitlements under them can be filtered(make it visible) based on user details which is already in your screenshot. Empty table!

I don't see any workaround for this, as its Saviynt functionality.

• If request option for entitlement type is drop-down single select then you can hide.
• If request option is table hide functionality is not supported
