Archiving Completed task and request history

Here is what I configured 

when I ran job, I was expecting any tasks or request older than 5 days to be archived but only 25 tasks linked with requests were archived. Could you please let us know how to achive this?

Also, could you please confirm if we can still make analytics report for requests and tasks archived as this is important for audit team?

Hello,

Option to archive requests based on the value specified in "Archival Days". If a request is in discontinued or completed status and exceeds the value specified in "Archival Days", the requests are automatically archived. Define the parameter in ADMIN > Global Configurations > Preferences > Archival Days.

Hi. As you can see above, i already configured archival day but its not working as expected. And i saw this infomation in doc alreday.

I think if i set 5 in archival day, all tasks or requested older than 5 days should be archived.

It is works as expected for me, please see if you could find any error in the log and your understanding on the archival date is correct.

For your 2nd query the all the archived tasks are stored in the "arstasks_arch" table and you can query the same from analytics.

Job went successful.. 

As we havent archived any requests and tasks over 2 years. We have a lot of them to archive.. i am not sure if it was causing issue.

Also, can we archive task created by tech rule? I also updated archival day in SAP hana audit... under global config -> rules as i believed this is to archive tasks without request id..

Can you also confirm archival day 5 means any requests older than 5 days is corrects? Is this going to cover all requests and tasks we made since go-live?

Yes, that would be the expected behaviour.

This is outcome from my end... I changed archival day to "3" but only two additional requests were archived..

I can see archival start date is going to past when increasing number of archival day but no archived requests.. 

I still have completed tasks created in 2020
