Approving Tasks on behalf of users

As an admin how do I approve tasks assigned to other users? Also is there a way to reassign approval tasks to someone else?

I have the assigned role allowed I just don't know where I can actually make this action.

In case of NEO >> under request approval

I dont see any request on this page now the request is for myself can I not approve my own requests?

Own request can't be approved .
