Approvers or assignee's UI Name is not same as displayname

Approvers or assignee's UI Name is not same as displayname.

For example. Approver's DisplayName is `Darshan Mandhane` wherein if my firstname is `ABC` & LastName is `XYZ` and username is `123456` then, once a ticket is submitted by requesters, it shows up as pending approval or next approver: `ABC XYZ (123456)` i.e. the format of UI name is `FirstName LastName (username)` which is hard to find for end users as end users would try to follow up with the person using `FirstName LastName (username)` instead the person would be found with surety using `DisplayName` value.

How can we display `DisplyName` or `DisplayName (username)` field instead of `FirstName LastName (username)`

This is not configurable and highly questionable if any enhancement on modern UI will be acceptable. 

Please start using NEO UI. where this page has been removed fully.
