Application not displays under manage Service Account

Hi Team,

We have a requirement to setting up Service Account configuration for AD application. 

AD Application is not listing under Home -->Manage Service Accounts. I have attached Add and Remove Workflow for Service Account in Security System still it don't display.

Also, as per below document link, we need to Setup service account configurations. can you please guide us how we can do it.

Now application is listing. but Add to Cart option is not displaying.

Disable below option under Endpoint

Disable New Account Request if Service Account Already Exists OFF
